  15. NewTek does care and realizes that the manualneeds a lot of work. That is 
  16. why they are revamping the whole LW manual and are having someone else 
  17. write it for the 4.0 release. Expect a lot of tutorials and a much 
  18. improved (hopefully) reference section/index/etc.
